These Terms of Service govern your use of the Flora & Fizz Designs website and the services offered by Advantage by Design ("we," "us," or "our"), operating in Ontario, Canada. By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Flora & Fizz Designs is a service offering of Advantage by Design. We provide curated floral experiences including bloom bars, guided floral workshops, and related event services for celebrations, wellness events, and weddings.
All services are subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a booking or guarantee of availability on your requested date.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit as outlined in your quote. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry at our discretion.
Pricing is provided through individual quotes and may vary based on the scope, location, date, and guest count of your event.
3. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies will be set out in your individual service agreement. In general:
- Changes to event details (date, guest count, location) must be communicated as early as possible and are subject to our availability and potential price adjustment.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) and will make reasonable efforts to provide a refund or alternative arrangement in such cases.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using this website or engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in your inquiry and booking
- Communicate any changes to your event details promptly
- Ensure that any venue or space provided accommodates our setup requirements
- Not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the reputation of Advantage by Design or Flora & Fizz Designs

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, graphics, and design - is the property of Advantage by Design and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
6. Photography and Media
We may photograph or record our experiences for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. If you prefer that your event not be photographed for promotional use, please advise us in writing prior to your event date.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Advantage by Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service booking shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that booking.

9. Governing Law
